The Sepro Mineral Systems Parts Department maintains and supplies parts inventory for all Sepro equipment sold. The responsibilities of this department include maintaining stock and strategically forecasting demand, efficiently managing all inquiries, providing timely service and facilitating shipment to our valued customers as quickly as possible.

The Sepro Mineral Systems Service Department strives to provide outstanding service and support to our global customer base. The responsibilities of this department include providing commissioning and training services, after-sale equipment consultation, and producing equipment manuals. Our knowledgeable Service Department provides top-of-the-line equipment service and after-sale support to meet the continual needs of our customers.

The Sepro Mineral Systems Financial Department facilitates the financial organization of our business, ensuring that all accounting processes are efficiently maintained according to company requirements. The responsibilities of this department include maintaining accurate and timely records of company cash flow, preparation of all company invoices, managing worldwide client accounts, financial reporting processes, and implementing company policy and procedure.

The Sepro Mineral Systems Engineering Department’s main goal is to provide every customer with a versatile, effective mineral processing solution for their toughest mining applications. The responsibilities of this department include evaluating all available project data to achieve the most resource efficient process, strategically maintaining capital and operating costs during project analysis, developing technical 3D circuit and plant models and 2D drawings with state-of-the-art software, as well as creating detailed process and instrumentation diagrams. At Sepro, our engineering team works to deliver comprehensive equipment and mineral processing plant designs to achieve mineral recovery beyond our customers’ expectations.
