100 TPH GOLD PROCESSING PLANT
GOLDSOURCE MINES INC.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN GOLD PROJECT, GUYANA – SOUTH AMERICA
Goldsource Mines Inc. awarded Sepro the contract to engineer, design, build and commission a 100 TPH Gold Processing Plant in 2015. Sepro supplied a complete plant package including a 2.1×5.0 Heavy Duty Ore Scrubber, 2 Falcon Semi-Batch Gravity Concentrators, Step Deck Screen and Gold Room Equipment as part of the project. Designed specifically for fine gold and clay, the 100 TPH plant will permit Goldsource to process a broad range of materials from clean gravel to saprolite clays. The plants usage of gravity concentrators requires only water and electricity to recover gold minimizing the overall environmental impact. The circuit further allows for minimal operating costs through the use of Sepro’s industry leading Tyre Driven Scrubbers and Falcon Gravity Concentration Technology.
Installation of the plant began in November 2015 and Sepro will continue to provide ongoing installation and support into 2016 with commissioning to follow thereafter.
